Do you prescribe medication?

No, I do not prescribe medication, however I have resources to assist clients in finding a prescriber.

How often should I attend therapy?

This is a case by case basis and something that you can address in the first session. It also can be subject to change based on need level. Typically at the beginning it can be helpful to come more frequently to build rapport with the therapist.

When do you do sessions?

I typically work Mondays through Thursdays. Sessions times are based on clinician and patient availability.

What if I feel like my therapist isn’t the right fit?

Open communication in therapy is so important. First it is beneficial to share your concerns to see if it can be worked through. If you still feel like it isn’t the right fit, I am happy to support you in finding other options.

Is my information confidential?

In general, all your information is kept confidential with minimal exceptions. I am a mandated reporter, in the event of abuse/neglect of a child or elderly person, I am required to report that information to the necessary agencies. For billing purposes, if you are going through insurance, certain information is accessible to them, for more information on this contact your insurance company.
